- Responsible for the development and design of yacht production.
- Develop and improve the yacht production on electrical, mechanical, structural and interior engineering.

|
- Implement and monitor production control and manufacturing management.
- Conduct quality control, and improve / enhance the manufacturing process.

Supply Chain Management
|
- Coordinate the overall procurement strategy, safety storage for key components, and warehouse management.
- Monitor material price and find out 2nd source suppliers.
- Develop and sustain partnership with strategic suppliers.

Quality Assurance Division
|
- Responsible for quality management and inspection mechanism.
- Responsible for after-sale repair and maintenance services .

Occupational Safety Division
|
- Handle company-wide issues including occupational safety, damage prevention, risk control of the factories, etc.
- Assist the relevant departments to execute occupational safety and health work plan.
- Responsible for EHS system implementation and management.
